Where are you located?
We are conviently located at 221 W. Webster Avenue, Suite E, Muskegon, MI 49444. Our salon is on the second floor and easily acessable by the stairs or elevator.
What are your hours?
Monday: 9am to 5pm
Tuesday: 9am to 8pm
Wednesday: 9am to 5pm 10pm alternating weeks
Thursday: 9am to 8pm 10pm alternating weeks
Friday: 9am to 5pm 10pm alternating weeks
Saturday: 9am to 2pm 10pm alternating weeks
Sunday: 2pm to 6pm
Are you open on weekends?
Yes, we currently have weekend hours every Saturday from 9am – 2pm 10pm alternating weeks. We are currently open 2pm-6pm every Sunday.
What is your Cancellation Policy?
Your appointment is very important to us. We understand that sometimes life happens and changes need to be made. We ask that you please give us at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your reservation without giving enough notice, we no longer have the ability to fill that time with guests on our waiting list. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because pre-booked appointments are sometimes forgotten.
We will give each guest a second chance the first time they cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice. However, the second time an appointment is cancelled within less than 24 hours our guests will be asked to place a credit card on file in order to book future appointments.
A no show will result in a 50% charge of the service.
If a third appointment is cancelled within 24 hours or missed completely, the guest will be charged 100% of the service and will be asked to pay in advance for future services.
